Does anyone know if you can still go up and camp at Crystal Creek?

Hi Nathan, you can find info like that in Destination Kimberley. Just check page 195. (It may be a different page if you own an older version, just above the section about camping at the main camping area at the falls.) Access to Crystal Creek was closed years ago when the area was handed back to the traditional owners.

As the guide says, the Nagauwudu are considering establishing tourist facilities there in the future, but for now the area remains closed to visitors.

Sorry dude! Now anyone could not go up and camp at Crystal Creek. It was already given back to its traditional owners so many years ago. I have also planned to go there, after that I have heard about this news. Hope it will open for tourists in future!
